At Gates Estates we understand that as a landlord you are putting your trust in us to look after your properties and to act in your image and best interests.  

Unlike many estate agents who entered into Lettings when the rental market became strong, we have been renting and managing property for over 15 years. As we have grown over the years and as the legislation around the industry has changed, our philosophy hasnt. We have evolved along the way and we are just as commited as when we started.

We go into a relationship with a new landlord with longevity in mind, looking after your assets as if they were our own, understanding what is required to make the relationship work for the long term.  

Over the years our managed property portfolio has continued to grow, but equally as important is that the landlords that were with us from the first years remain with us today and continue to recommend us.
